I have worked with this company for the last 6 months in my capacity as Housing Project Officer in the acquisition of property in our region. While in many cases, notice to compile these reports have been sometimes very short, but NQBR have provided an excellent service in responding to my requests to carry out pre-purchase inspections in the desired timeframes.

NQBR have carried out these requests in a timely, professional manner to the point, that if an issue has risen during inspection, immediate contact has been made to disclose the issue to our organization. I am aware that my predecessor used the services of this company on many occasions and was completely happy with the outcomes.

At present, CDRHC purchases between 10 to 20 properties annually for our Indigenous communities and have received excellent value for money working with this company and will continue to do so as we have done for the past 3 years.
